For A 4/5 Star Hotel There Are So Many Little Annoying problems with this hotel.
It's the only hotel of this class I have been to that will not give you an iron, I would expect one in the room already but they refuse to even lend you one, you have to send them off for ironing so they can make some money from you I guess, this is annoying when you want ti just give something a quick iron out of your suitcase. .
Ok no iron let's phone the reception. .... nope you have to go down as there is no button on the phone to transfer to reception.
TV on all channels look like you are watching snow and almost unwatchable.
Internet in the room almost unusable.
Rooms boiling hot when you check in so no getting your room ready for too.
Just lots of little things like that which is why I give this hotel a bad review and would for sure pick another on my next trip to hcmc
    Good

Stayed here following flights into ho chi minh. Staff are friendly, rooms are a great size. Of course can stay cheaper in Vietnam but for quality of place its not bad. Breakfast was decent too. Main shame was nothing really being open in terms of the restaurants, wine vault etc in the hotel at the time we're looking round too. Also not too central, not loads around surrounding area and I think most attractions would be a bit of distance to get to. But still pretty good!
    Excellent stay for 1-2 nights

Hotel location is excellent for transit travelers who want to have the departure flight in next days (like me !): 5 minutes driving from HCMC airport. However, location is also a disadvantage - 20 minutes driving from the city center of District 1. If you're a tourist and want to get close to the main attractions, this hotel is not your choice. That's why I recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights only.

    Other advantages:
    - All in one hotel: You can find 2 bars with slow dances, some karaoke (Ok for me an Asian), a wine tunnel (amazing !, see my photos), 5 restaurants (yes, five so abundant for your tastes).
    - Big C supermarket is next to the hotel
    - There is a stadium some 600m from this hotel. Luckily, there was a live music performance during my stay, which was good for entertainment.
    - Food in hotel is perfect ! One thumb-up for the cook chefs.
    - Privacy: Each floor has its own key for elevator up & down. So no stranger can access your floor.
    - FREE WIFI unlike other 5-star in Vietnam
Excellent airport hotel at this price point

Please note that I rate this hotel excellent because it is very reasonably priced. If you expect a luxury 5-star hotel then I don't think you can find it at the $50-$60 range, even in Vietnam.

The lobby is grand, pool is small but adequate, bed is very comfy (I don't understand how some people say the bed here is hard), and the bathroom has very strong water pressure and a fantastic toilet bowl (the kind that helps you wash yourself...). Granted, rooms and hallways can feel a bit drab and dusty, and furnishings are more 3-4 star than 5-star as the hotel claimed, but rooms are of a good size, and everything is new as the hotel is only about 2 years old.

Staffs are efficient, and reasonably helpful. They may appear unprofessional in some settings, but they are always trying their best to help. I was turned off when they gave me cookies that are broken as my "Welcome treat", (seriously, how expensive is a full piece of cookie), but things did improve after that.

The best thing about this hotel is its buffet breakfast: very extensive menu choices, ranging from sushi, cooked-to-order omelets, to pretty much every Vietnamese dish you can expect to find at breakfast. Be sure not to miss it.
    A steal at current prices.

this is a great place to stay and for 2 M VND (abt 110 USD).There are two downsides to the place:1)the Staff does not really smile,I find it odd since most of the Vietnamese are very friendly.2)the Gym is well equipped but no attendant or towels so one needs to take the towel from the room.Apart for these two the hotel is quite nice with good ,clean rooms and a quiet ambience. It is abt 15 minutes away from District 1 but typically a taxi and all of them use the meter will ake baout 15 minutes to reach the central attractions like Tan Binh and the opera house .Additionally there is a Big C supermarket next doors where you can buy normally priced produce of all kinds .there is a beautiful park close by as well.Recommended if you like a quiet place which is easy on the pocket.
Think you can find better, we wish we had.

For a 5 star hotel, we were underwhelmed. First, we had to move rooms since the air con didn't work, plugs near the bed weren't working, room smelled of stale smoke and the shower was awful. We were constantly being bothered by staff by the pool because we couldn't remember our room number. My partner got locked out of the room and was taken down to reception to get another room key and was treated horribly. We were treated like we didn't belong and it ruined our last day of our holiday. Not the service you would expect from a five star. Only one restaurant was open and the prices were extortionate. There is a mall next to the hotel which they didn't tell us about when we asked where we could go for food and drink, so be aware that you don't have to eat or drink there, you can go next door for a few options and a supermarket. Personally, wouldn't recommend it for the price.
    Great place to relax

We went to this hotel because we need a hotel near to the airport. After searching, we found this place. The hotel was huge, with large front yard, so it helps us stay away from the noise. We choosed the Suite room and it was so spacious with great view. The staff was nice and helpful, espcially a bellboy, but I forgot his name. The only uncomfortable thing is they don't have any restaurant which serve all day and it was hard for us to find one for dinner. Anyway, we are still glad with hotel and it is a great place to choose for relax.
    Next to airport-perfect

Not far from airport, check in 2 min, room good size, good bath, strong shower-brilliant. Nice wee toy next to bed to control lights with do not disturb button, alarm clock etc.BEST is breakfast- restaurant is massive, all sorts of food, sushi, scramble egg and top of the range Bacon toast-what a beauty :) Big supermarket (indoors) about 1 min away( if you "forget" last min gift etc) Double bed ( i mean proper double not two singles joint together) is Massive-perfect kip.
I arrived from Saigon train station- 80.000Vnd. To airport was about 55.000Vnd.
    "Amazing staff and great location."

We were greeted immediately with huge smiles and wonderful services. The hotel is very new so all the facilities were very clean and pleasant. Especially, this hotel is very near to the aiport. No complaints!
    Great service and great value

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my booking of the room was very convenient. The accommodations were excelent. The facilities were nicer than most 5 star hotels that I have stayed at with a high price per night!
