    Hotel is OK

    Good hotel, nothing more.
Price are good, location is Ok, staff's English is not the best in Vietnam.

    Looks better in the pictures...

Hot water in the shower hold up for only 7-10 minutes.

When we got there, we wanted to book a tour to Back Ha market. Receptionist said there is no problem, gave us quotes and asked us to update him later on. When we went to update him it was turned out that the tour is fully booked... so we had to make a booking through a nearby hotel.
    Beeautiful picturesque stay

Incredibly friendly staff. Within minutes of my stay, I had a motorbike, map and breakfast in my lap and Sapa within my reach. Bfast is average. I was grateful to be fed before a big day. Restaurants are just out the driveway if you really care for it. Stayed in the Jnr exec suite - looks exactly like the pictures. No elevators, but stairs aren't bad. Maybe 2 flights. Spacious, tranquil and comfy bed. Big bathroom, shower is always hot. Place is at the bottom of the hill so you get uninterrupted views of the hills. Stayed for 3/4 nights in March - great weather in this season. Never felt unsafe at all even at night - walked and motorbiked on my own everywhere! Checked out in the morning, but could leave my stuff there until that night to catch train back to Hanoi. Will come back for sure. My favourite place in all of Vietnam!
Fantastic location & views. Staff also fantastic.

We arrived here this morning after getting the overnight train from Hanoi, so tired.
The reception staff are so helpful & kind. A quick nap and we were off for a 12 km trek and came back very tired. Trang gives such a greeting, what a kind lady.
We had our evening meal in the roof top restaurant and Trang and the staff cooked such a great meal with views over the mountains. Lovely red wine too, only $6!!
Any evening walk then back to the hotel to chill out, greeted again by Trang.
It's been a lovely stay here and I recommend it.
The hotel is away from the shops which is actually quite nice.
Ticking All the Boxes for Simplicity

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and things we loved were:
    - extremely warm n friendly welcome by Ms.Tram (English speaking manager)
    - cleaniness is much better than expected given that this is an old hotel
    - best non-viet breakfast I've had (freshly baked crisp bread with omelette)
    - well organised tours and pick ups
    - all shops and restaurants few steps away
    - amazing balcony view of the rice terrace from our room

    Oasis in the mountains

Stayed here 2 nights and would definitely recommend it
From the first encounter customer service miss trang and the other staff provided was excellent
My package included my meals which were so delicious and miss trang even cooked me a special meal of tofu.
The room was very comfortable really comfy beds and warm due to the cooler climate in Sapa our room had a balcony
The shower was one of those large rainwater types and the hot water was in abundance.
Staff also assisted me with tours and all my requests were met and I would most definitely stay here again .

    Personalized service and welcoming stay

Very good hotel with a fantastic view of the valley and mountains. The staffs are extremely helpful and give very personable service.

special mention to Ms Trang - highly passionate, professional, and enthusiastic to ensure all our needs are met. She really went the extra mile to make sure our stay is comfortable, n help when my shoes give way

She has a big big welcoming smile n her actions speak louder than words.

    Thumbs up!!! Ms Trang

    Great Family Hotel

Situated in a fairly quiet side-street - we stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 days in July.

From check-in to check-out we were made to feel very welcome. We booked the large family room which was very spacious and clean with breathtaking views of the valley below. Breakfasts were simple yet delicious with an adequate selection of western or Vietnamese food. Gotta be honest - probably had the best Pho here for breakfast. Truang was delightful and friendly and ensured that everything went smoothly.

This is not a luxury hotel but its a great choice from which to base yourself and see Sapa
Great place to stay in Sapa

This is a family-run hotel. You will know everyone from the front desk to the kitchen in no time because they are super friendly, pleasant, and ready to help you anytime. My family had a great stay there. The room was very clean and had a great view. The meals were very comforting and tasty knowing all the ingredients were home grown right behind the hotel. We will always remember Ms. Trang for her natural kindness, cheerfulness, and friendliness. Thank you Trang and your family.
Clean and basic hotel - a decent stopover before starting a trek from Sapa.

Hotel was clean, rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. A couple of things I would note - the taxi driver that the hotel booked for us was an absolute maniac - not their fault but I would encourage them to be careful with who they book in the future as we feared for our lives when he (for example) overtook four vehicles in one go on a blind corner. Also, like all other places in central Sapa, the harassment from locals starts as soon as you step outside the door - if there is anything they could do to stop that, especially when you get off the taxi at 6am, it would probably be appreciated by the guests. But it should be noted that neither of these issues are specific to this hotel. Overall a decent experience but there are other hotels in central Sapa that we noticed for a similar price that looked a bit nicer.
    Room with a view.

We were given a room on the third floor with a beautiful view and it is a very big room with a lounge and a coffee table at the corner where you can enjoy your coffee or eating fruits. There was a bottle of local wine and fruit basket which come together with the room package.

The gentleman at the front desk is really friendly and helpful and their breakfast area on the top floor have a fantastic view.

I would recommend and stay in this hotel again on my next visit.
