    Great Hotel

This Hotel is right in SaPa town so convieant to everything. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the rooms were very clean the staff very helpful and the views are amazing. This hotel is easy walking to the Main Street full of lovely local food restaurants.
    Pleasant Hotel Great staff

We normally book our own hotels but this one was arranged by the tour operator,it is well located with excellent staff, and great service. We were doing a two day walking trek so the hotel was great in providing shower and storage facilities for the times we did not have access to a room. Overall the hotel is getting older and a bit tired The room we had was spacious but quite dark, in need of refurbishing. We were on the 7th floor which had stairs from the 6th, The breakfast was excellent
    Helpfull staff and great service

The views were so nice, the staff very helpfull. They arranged the room very fast for us, and let us check in at 09:00 in the morning cleaning the room and preparinf everything. Nice sights and a very good breakfast! We arriced Sapa without hotel booked and they were full, but arrange a room for us!
    nice hotel & friendly staffs

After night train we came this hotel early morning, our room was not available but they have waiting room for relax and free shower, breakfast is excellent with many choices, we checked in hotel around 2 pm after tour to Catcat village, deluxe room is big enough and luxury, private balcony with specular view to mountain and valley, staffs are frendly and helpful, We can not say too much but we are really happy with their services
    Charming location, poor hotel

Great location but old hotel, small aged rooms, no aircon, and don't even consider the pool….very mouldy!!! Breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant lovely, but think you can find much better value for your dong in Sapa!
    Just ok

Hotel in in a nice area of sapa. In fairness you couldn't get a better location.however for the price we paid it could have been a lot nicer.definitely not 4 star standard as we were told by travel agent. Staff weren't overly friendly or helpful. Room was spacious though with a breathtaking view. Nixer hotels in area for same or lower price

My Family and I stayed here three nights while we explored Sapa and surrounds.

Perfectly located, within walking distance to marvellous and cheap eateries, market and fabulous sights.
The staff were perhaps the most accommodating we have ever encountered in our many years of journeying. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are small but perfectly clean and modern and the beds and linen are very comfortable and good quality. We cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough. We will definitely stay here again.
Chau Long Sapa “Superb service and location”

after 20 years stay in USA. The first time , visiting Sapa: Easily one of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed at. The staff new me by name within a very short time and were very attentive to my needs. Concierge was very helpful with my lost luggage. Will bring my family here next time.
Wow Wow . Flexible Hotel, good room and Exilient facilities, good staff abilities
    Superior Sapa hotel, great view!

Our stay was booked as part of a 3 night/ 2 day tour, I'm not really sure why, but the others from the tour group were all at different hotels. The Chau Long hotel was better than the others. Which were further up the hill, were older and had the view impeded by the town.

The room was in the 'new wing', it was very spacious and had a comfy king size bed and a good bathroom. The view was the best part, (when it wasn't foggy!) looking straight out of the window or from the balcony was a post-card quality scene of the valley and rice fields that we had toured that day.

The included breakfast was enjoyable and of the standard you would expect. The dining room looked out over the valley, so most of the time was spent looking out the window.

The staff had limited English but we're very helpful, our tour guide dropped us off and picked us up so was able to translate for check in/out.

I would recommend this hotel if you get a choice of where you stay in Sapa. On the 3 night/ 2 day tour, which is 2 nights on the train and 1 in the hotel, you don't spend a huge amount of time at your hotel, but enough to justify addition cost for the extra quality, comfort and amazing view.
Three stars, but ceritainly not more

Generally very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet quite nice good and a stunnung view from the modern (more expensive) rooms in the main building and from the restaurant. Heated swimming pool a bit tatty and no chairs, tables or anything around it.

Old building: rooms tatty and quite dark. Had to move to a new room because I extended my stay and was glad to do it.

New rooms still a bit dark, but otherwise nice enough. Roadworks or some building in front of my balcony. Couldn't sleep until 1.30 in the morning and the night receptionist just said "they're finished in 30 mins"!! Absolute no-go! At least I got late check-out to make somewhat up for it. Wouldn't book again because of this.
