    3 Nights Business Stay

Rezeption is very friendly and competent. Check in was quick and room was prepared.
Room was nice and big. Very nice bathroom and small balcony. Mini bar available but overpriced for Vietnam. Coffee maker available and free coffee. 2 bottles of free water daily. House shoes and bath rope in the room.
Hotel offers a Gym, small Swimmingpool and Spa with different Massage.
Breakfast could be a little bit better but still very good with continental and Vietnam kitchen. Service not the best but good standard. Price for room with breakfast was around 50 Dollars.

Good hotel close to Perfume River

    - Located very close to Perfume River
    - My room is very clean, and I can see the river from its balcony.
    - Surrounded with businesses geared towards tourism.
    - Hire a motorbike to visitattractions around the city.
    Comfortable, slightly faded

Only stayed for one night during a tour of South East Asia. Arrived late a afternoon, and left after breakfast the following morning. Room was large and comfortable, with views over the Perfume River. Wide choice for breakfast (which we ate in a great hurry) - quality fine. We ate dinner in the restaurant - too tired to go out. We were one of only two tables occupied at about 9pm. I had steak - fancied a complete change after eating Thai/Lao/vietnamese food for three weeks! The meal was excellent.
    Great Staff But Tired Decor

Great location and friendly staff that are always willing to assist with anything you might need. The breakfast was also very good with an excellent mix of Vietnamese and Western cuisine.

However, the rooms are thinly insulated with hard wood floors that reverberate sound to rooms below and next door. The hotel's decor is also tired and in desperate need of an update - many places in the property look like they're stuck in the 1970s.

Overall - it's a good place for a one or two night stay but I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time.
An Extra Point for the Friendly Staff

This hotel has seen better days. The bed sheets were fresh and clean but the wooden furniture had what seemed to be a coating of grime (same for the pool deck). Mold in the shower grout and cigarette burns on the night stand are something an observant hotel manager should be able to easily spot and remedy without a guest calling it to his attention. Ditto for the once white but now disgusting chairs in the bar. I am surprised this hotel has maintained a four star rating.

Great location, friendly and responsive staff, and fantastic views from the eleventh floor bar. We did check out the beer garden at the hotel across the street and yes, at night it is l-o-u-d loud (high energy & mega speakers loud). Did I survive the Muong Thanh Hue? Yes. Would I go back? No.
    Lovely Hotel, Great Location

Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it, rooms are huge and we were on the 10th floor facing the front of the hotel, the rooms was clean modern and comfortable. Our room was quiet, but our sons room was opposite and suffered later in the evenings from the noise of the beer garden mentioned in other reviews, this does stop around midnight though. Breakfast was always busy! but we always found plenty to eat, and had no issue getting a table. The pool area is lovely and usually quiet until late afternoon/early evening. The staff were helpful and friendly and we appreciated the early check in when we arrived at 10.30am. There are loads of lovely restaurants and great bars around and we really enjoyed the Hue nightlife. This hotel is really close to all the places of interest to visit. We really enjoyed our stay here.
    2 night stay

This hotel is in an excellent location. We had uninterrupted views of the perfume river from our room. It is also fairly close to the citadel and other various local attractions. The hotel is rated 4 star but it definitely isn't! I would honestly say it was more of a 3 star hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water from the rain shower (over a bath) is unlimited, if a little temperamental. Breakfast was of limited choice although eggs can be cooked to order. Unfortunately there was a man smoking while we ate out breakfast. A big NO NO from our point of view! All in all, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Not sure I'd stay here again.
    Fantastic stay

Stayed for 4 nights in the top floor corner suite room. The room was more of an apartment. It was huge and extremely well furnished. Impeccably clean.
Fantastic views in any direction of the Perfume River.
The pool was a welcome relief it gets hot here.
The staff were happy, friendly and professional. One lady staff member even took my wife to a jewellery repair shop so my wife could organise the repairs. The receptionist did this in her own free time for no charge., and no she wasn't on commission from the jeweller. The location is great, walking distance to everything, the river, the restaurant strip, etc. highly recommend this hotel.
    Really disappointing

After reading all the positive reviews on TA about this hotel I was really looking forward to staying here but what a let down it was. From check in to leaving it was awful. The number of things wrong with our room is far too long to list. We were glad we only had 2 nights here. In fact our second morning we went out to breakfast the food was that bad. We stayed in really lovely hotels in Vietnam during our stay ( see my other reviews) but this was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Hue was lovely and we met some great friendly people it was just a shame our accommodation was so poor.
