AsiaBooking.com.vn makes its efforts to ensure the room type requested is available for you. However, we can not guarantee he actual bedding configuration of room type. These request are forwarded to hotel and subject to availability on the arrival date. All additional request (smoking room, ect..) are also subject to availability and can not guarantee by AsiaBooking.com.vn

Cancellation and Amendment policy
AsiaBooking.com.vn accept your cancellation or amendment request subject to hotel cancellation and amendment policy displayed on our website. During public holiday, special event, peak season, your cancellation or amendment request shall not be accepted due to hotel policy
AsiaBooking.com.vn levis an admin fee of 100,000VND for each cancellation and amendment ,plus hotel cancellation or amendment fee if there is.
Cancellation or Amendment request must nó be done by phone unless extremely urgent

Cash on delivery conditions
AsiaBooking.com.vn makes our efforts to offer the convenient, fast and flexible payment. We offer the Cash On Delivery service for you whose address is within 7 km. In case, your address is far more than that and is in Ho Chi Minh city, we will add 40,000VND Delivery fee

Payment Policy
Please make the payment to AsiaBooking.com.vn within 24 hours and before check-in date for booking which is confirmed by us. After 24 hours, should you not receive any payment or notice from you, your reservation will be automatically released.
